Car was not ready for pickup on time. Staff are violated company policy. They sent by email policy. At the counter on pickup they told me that they going to charge me $500 instead of $200 against policy. They going to charge you for tolls with additional fee. They double charge me for rental time once in cash and once by card. Supervisor at office and staff are uneducated and not helpful. At the end they just charged my card for $200 for little scratch and didn’t provide me any invoices. Save your money and time don’t business with them.

Loved renting a car from Ace. The car was in mint condition and it was quick and easy. The car seemed like it was maintained well because the ride was super smooth. Made me want to purchase the car.
