Ibrahim was so helpful, car was flawless. Just be warned, they will not accept an Apple Card or a Robinhood Gold card, etc. (the physical numbers must be printed somewhere on the card). It doesn’t matter if you also have the card in Apple Pay or whatever. They wanna see the digits .

I had a really great experience at Drivo on Coney Island Avenue and will definitely use them again when I need to rent a car. I was a little nervous trying this new service because I always use Enterprise or Avis, but honestly, the customer service was so much better at this place than those other big chains. The rental process, pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and they even accommodated us when my mom's flight was delayed and we were running very late. 5 star service! We will be back!
