Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the branch office to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and performance excellence.
Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and maintain consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a managerial role within the car rental industry or a related field.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
Knowledge of car rental industry practices, policies, and procedures.

Compensation:

A base salary of $75000 with a monthly performance bonus up to $2000 and performance yearly bonus based on yearly review and profitability of $3000

Company car including tolls

Benefits package: Available 4 months after hiring

A total compensation of $102000 varies with the performance and a benefit package.

What you will do:

1. Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and wants.

2. Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

3. Meet all sales and service standards

4. Complete administrative tasks including daily lists to assist the office

5. Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed

6. Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

7. High performance will lead to job promotion and pay raise.

About you:

1. High school diploma or GED

2. Minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience

3. Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

4. Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred

5. Ability to follow defined service and sales processes

6. Must be willing to wear company uniforms

7. Ability to communicate in English, speaking other languages including Spanish is a plus

Position available at LGA, JFK, and Newark airport locations.

Flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commissions up to $3000 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
