Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a managerial role within the car rental industry or a related field.

Sound decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

Compensation:

A base salary of $75000 with a monthly performance bonus up to $2000 and performance yearly bonus based on yearly review and profitability of $3000

A total compensation of $102000 varies with the performance and a benefit package.

What you will do: 

1. Greet customers dropping off rental cars with a warm smile

2. Secure vehicle keys, confirm documentation, and perform necessary checks

3. Perform video inspections for damages and remind customers to check for personal belongings

4. Identify and lost items found in the vehicle with detailed information

5. Park units requiring service in designated areas and inform the Service Supervisor

6. Thoroughly review cars for damage upon return, open and file claims promptly

7. Control traffic flow as a guide for incoming and outgoing rental cars

8. Ensure high-quality video check-out processes

9. Record pre-existing conditions by capturing additional photos

10. Assist customers with inquiries about car features and conditions

11. Inform customers of return policies (e.g., No Smoking, No Pet Hair, Gas, etc.)

About you:

1. High school diploma or GED

2. Minimum 1-year customer service

3. Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

4. Ability to follow defined service processes

5. Must be willing to wear company uniforms

6. Ability to communicate in English, speaking other languages including Spanish is a plus

EXPERIENCED AUTO TECHNICIANS / MECHANICS

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. They are well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must be good communicators to provide advice to customers.

 

Responsibilities:

•   Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately;

•   Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade;

•   Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity;

•   Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use;

•   Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks);

•   Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job;

•   Keep logs on work and issues;

•   Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.

 

Skills:

•   Proven experience as auto mechanic;

•   Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles;

•   Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods;

•   Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift);

•   Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.;

•   Excellent physical condition;

•   High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred;

•   Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus.

Salary: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour.
